Once again, Interfaith Farm and Food is offering free/reduced cost COOKING CLASSES to low-income families and individuals. These classes have been very popular, and teach participants a variety of techniques to stretch the food dollar utilizing local produce, bulk grains and beans and low-fat meats and dairy products.
