Location:

All sessions will be held at the Linn County–OSU Extension Office, on 4th and Lyons in Albany, excluding the Saturday field trips and the optional Woodland Information Night in Corvallis.

Description:

This 6-week course is an introduction to forest management for new or potential woodland owners. This is a great class that provides what you need to know and who to contact in order to begin managing your forest land. The course is set to cover topics from successful reforestation and sustaining your forest, to tree and shrub identification and places for wildlife within your forestlands. The course begins on February 4, 2010 and ends on March 13, 2010.

The fee for this course is $50 for the first participant and $20 for each additional person attending within a family.
