A National Movement

Across 29 States and in Kenya, 100+ Love INC locations partner with over 7,800 Christian Churches to serve hundreds of thousands of people in need. A Local Affiliate

Founded in 2001 by a group of local Pastors and leaders, your Love INC of Benton County has been active in the community ever since! With nearly 40 partner churches and hundreds of volunteers, our affiliate is able to meet the needs of people living in our area.

How It Works

  • Love INC helps churches build ministries to fill the gaps in services by identifying unmet needs in the community. From baby items to medical equipment, we help churches organize services and products to meet real needs without duplicating existing resources. Yet, what is offered is much more than products and services, our relational approach ensures that each person is seen as an individual and offered prayer, encouragement, and ongoing connection.   • Love INC desires to help people holistically to achieve longer-term goals. We do this through our Transformational Ministry, called Grow Together. This involves organizing and equipping church members to offer weekly classes and mentoring. Our program provides people with knowledge/skills training, goal setting, emotional support, and spiritual encouragement along with the church and community resources available through the Call Center and Gap Ministries.   • The Call Center is the foundation of the Love INC ministry. It is also the first opportunity we have to begin to listen to and care for people while exploring ways for churches to be helpful.

    The Call Center receives requests for help, screens the requests, verifies the need, and then refers the request to a Gap Ministry, partner church, or community agency. After people are helped, the Call Center follows up to ensure the need was met and to offer continued support.

Our Statement of Faith

We use the Apostles’ Creed as our unifying statement of faith

Together, local Christian churches focus not on theological or doctrinal differences, denominational practices, or political or social agendas, but on our shared belief in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, manifested in a shared outreach to local neighbors in need. Working in a coordinated way, these churches actively demonstrate love In the Name of Christ.

Statement on Scripture

Love In the Name of Christ has adopted the following Statement on Scripture: Love In the Name of Christ identifies only the Old Testament* and the New Testament, commonly known as the Bible, as Holy Scripture. Love INC acknowledges, as do Christian churches of all traditions, that the canon is closed, thereby excluding any additional writings from the past or present.

*Love INC recognizes that the Old Testament canon is defined differently among Protestants, Catholics, and Orthodox. Nevertheless, all three traditions hold that Scripture consists of the Old and New Testaments, and the canon is closed.
